PM Ciolacu: New medicines to be introduced on list of free or compensated ones, as of Nov 1

New medicines will be included, as of November 1, on the list of free or compensated ones, prime minister Marcel Ciolacu informs on Wednesday, informs Agerpres.
It is about medicines for oncological diseases and for many chronic conditions, as well as for bone marrow transplantation, the prime minister said at the beginning of the Government meeting.
„We are approving new drugs that will be included, as of November 1, on the list of free or compensated ones. These are drugs for oncological diseases and for many chronic conditions, as well as for bone marrow transplantation. We ensure fair and non-discriminatory access for patients to latest generation drugs, which can save thousands of lives,” said Marcel Ciolacu said.
